Dance-able
Some music really isn't easy to dance to. If an intermediate dancer can't figure out how to dance to it, it won't make the list.
Appropriate Content
Songs we dance too should have a spirit of good relationship that compliment the dancing
Songs about good romance or
Songs about good times or good clean fun or
Songs about about loving God.
No vulgar lyrics
No songs about break ups or cheating
Charitable Interpretation
Some times you may see a song that might not seem appropriate. If a writer intended one meaning but the song can be easily interpreted in a good way then we will include it.
It will stick around.
A good song will last a long time. It may never be really famous, but no matter when it's played it will sound good.
We do make mistakes
